Our mission statement is "To develop our people and encourage them to utilise their full potential both professionally and personally".
We achieve this through a continuous cycle of performance consulting so that we offer the right learning at the right time, including core skills like SIA, continuous development backed by the NVQ programme to customer specific requirements including energy awareness.
Also, working in partnership with HR, we offer a development ladder which provides a clear structure to career progression with programmes accredited by Middlesex University.

Reward & Recognition
We offer competitive salary and benefits packages at all levels of the organisation, but we also wanted to do more to recognise the commitment, drive, and passion of our people. The Red Book Scheme was introduced to allow feedback on how we can do things even better. We also run an employee recognition scheme to reward continuous improvement across the business. We regularly celebrate success and our people frequently win Security Industry Awards for Excellence.
