Reliance are market leaders in the provision of contract security

Reliance's business was started by Brian Kingham in 1973 when he identified an opportunity in the market for a quality manned security services provider. It has grown significantly to become an established market leader in the UK in the provision of contract security, facilities management, support services and business process outsourcing.

Having been quoted on the London Stock Exchange for over 20 years, Reliance was taken back into private ownership in August 2007.

Reliance is incorporated in England & Wales under registered no: 1473721 and operates almost exclusively within the UK.

"In security services, our substantial investment in setting up the infrastructure, administration and validation facilities to meet the new requirements of government regulation of private security in England and Wales has been completed and the adjustments to a regulated market are gradually taking shape."
