The Environment

Reliance recognises the importance of environmental responsibility and it is our policy, wherever we conduct activities and business, to ensure that operational procedures are identified to give proper regard to the conservation of the environment.

Employee satisfaction and wellbeing

With over 13,000 people working at customer sites - often on a 24 hour basis - employee satisfaction and health and safety are at the forefront of everything that we do. We have a responsibility to keep our people safe and ensure their health and wellbeing.

Reliance supports a number of publications aimed at reducing waste, reusing materials and reducing use of energy.

The Community

We work with numerous charitable and community groups across the UK. These include crime-fighting initiatives, learning and development schemes for young people, support for the victims of crime, assistance in rehabilitating ex-offenders, business improvement initiatives and support for cultural and recreational development.
