Britain's Top Employer 2010
Reliance has been recognised as one of Britain’s Top Employers 2010 - for the fourth year running - by the Telegraph in conjunction with the CRF Institute.
This demonstrates the importance we place on communicating business objectives, developing our people and recognising and rewarding achievement. Britain’s Top Employers objectively identifies companies that, through dedication and innovation, have created a culture that embodies an outstanding working environment in which employees are appreciated. The award also recognises companies that have effective solutions for the management of their people.
All companies were evaluated by the CRF Institute against five criteria, based on questionnaires and extensive interviews. Each criterion carried a different weighting, which was determined by a panel of advisers. The categories included were: pay and benefits; training and development; career development; working conditions and company culture.
