Delivering the Difference programme
Our Delivering the Reliance Difference programme is now firmly embedded across our business. We have trained and developed Reliance people to help improve our capability to create profitable growth by putting the customer at the centre of our thinking. This programme is about identifying customer needs and focusing on core business processes to help meet those needs more effectively.
Our participants are trained to use rigorous frameworks and tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Management as a way of reducing variability and helping us develop a consistent method for assessing managing and improving each aspect of our business.
Projects vary across support functions and contracts, from reducing processing time in custody, to decreasing call volumes in control centres and improving recruitment times.
