Guardian Top 100 Employer
Reliance has been recognised, for the second year running, as one of Britain’s Top 100 Employers 2008 by The Guardian in conjunction with The Corporate Research Foundation.
This demonstrates the importance we place on communicating business objectives, developing our people and recognising and rewarding achievement.
All companies were evaluated by The Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) against nine criteria, based on questionnaires and extensive interviews. Each criterion carried a different weighting, which was determined by a panel of advisers. The categories included were: pay and benefits; promotion and development; training; people: company culture and style; innovation; diversity; social responsibility; compliance and environment.
