The Red Book Scheme

Our culture of Continuous Improvement is exemplified in the 'Red Book' scheme - a unique communication tool used throughout our customer sites and centres to encourage new ideas and the spread of best practice.

All Reliance employees are provided with the opportunity to suggest improvements to the security arrangements at their location or the environment in which they work. These suggestions are then reviewed by our contract managers and customers, with ideas implemented wherever possible.

Red Books are also submitted monthly and quarterly to the Reliance Board of Directors, with local and national awards given to the individuals and teams that put forward the most effective ideas.
