An exciting vacancy will shortly be available for the role of Operations Director for Reliance Facilities Management. This is high profile role and is a Board Position within RFM.
This role calls for a forward thinking individual that can demonstrate a combination of operational, strategic and commercial account acumen. The successful candidate will have to view obstacles as key challenges, and be equipped to think laterally and objectively to overcome these. Experience of working with managing complex Facilities Management contracts will be an advantage. A key deliverable will be to create an action plan for each account to develop and ensure that a retention strategy is in place.
The successful candidate must be able to operate credibly at all levels in the customer’s organisation, including senior management and main board.
The key purpose of the role is to deliver revenue, profit and customer satisfaction targets, which calls for a range of skills such as the ability to devise a business development strategy, to build a development plan and to work to build and lead a well co-ordinated team to deliver excellence.
