Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager you will be ensuring the efficient running of Durham University locations. Main duties of the position include:
Excellent customer service and satisfaction
Recruitment and effective management of staff
Employee satisfaction and employee development
Compliance to Health & Safety regulations and proactive management of risks
Effective management of sub-contractors
Managing budgets and optimising profitability
Ensure that the contract is operated in accordance with company policies and procedures
Organic growth within existing contracts, specifically developing new service lines whilst providing support to the business development team for development of new opportunities
The ideal candidate would have experience as a Facilities Manager and a BIFM qualification.
