Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager you will be ensuring the efficient running of Durham University locations. Main duties of the position include:

 Excellent customer service and satisfaction
 Recruitment and effective management of staff
 Employee satisfaction and employee development
 Compliance to Health & Safety regulations and proactive management of risks
 Effective management of sub-contractors
 Managing budgets and optimising profitability
 Ensure that the contract is operated in accordance with company policies and procedures
 Organic growth within existing contracts, specifically developing new service lines whilst providing support to the business development team for development of new opportunities

The ideal candidate would have experience as a Facilities Manager and a BIFM qualification.
