Reliance Facilities Management is pleased to announce this new post which will be responsible for supporting Reliance High-Tech with the development of their People Agenda. Working alongside the RFM HR Director and RFM Training Specialist we are looking to introduce and develop cross group support to ensure that we capture the benefits of best practice and raise the profile of HR.

Management of Change
Performance Management
Recruitment & Selection
Management Information & Analysis
Successful candidates should be CIPD (part or fully qualified) or equivalent and have experience of delivering a high quality service.
There will be a requirement to travel with occasional overnight stays.
