Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager you will be
ensuring the efficient running of NPIA Harperley Hall .
Main duties of the position include: 

- Excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Recruitment and effective management of staff
- Employee satisfaction and employee development
- Compliance to Health & Safety regulations and proactive
management of risks
- Effective management of sub-contractors
- Managing budgets and optimising profitability
- Ensure that the contract is operated in accordance with
company policies and procedures
- Organic growth within existing contracts, specifically
developing new service lines whilst providing support to the
business development team for development of new opportunities

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years experience
as a Facilities Manager and a BIFM qualification.
