Developed and promoted throughout the organisation by our HR team, it is a way that our people, with the help of their line managers, can identify suitable training needs and courses that are appropriate to them.
Every core skill has a designated assessment structure with specific training courses. A minimum standard of skills, knowledge and understanding has been identified for each one. Some aspects may not seem to be particularly applicable to an individual role, but we believe that a basic knowledge in each and every one of those core skills is invaluable within the facilities management workplace.
