Our innovative solution to operational facilities management was a risk that required a leap of faith, both for BT as well as the members of the Monteray consortium.  We now have a unique partnership between BT and the consortium members who are ordinarily competitors in the open market.  An emphasis on training and multi-skilling and the unique method of self-delivered services has meant that this leap of faith has paid off for all those involved.
