Reliance Facilities Management has strengthened its business development team with the appointment of Michael O’Halloran as its new Director of Business Development. 

Michael has over 30 years experience in the facilities management industry gained in both operational roles and in business development roles with a number of leading FM companies.

“Reliance Facilities Management has all the right ingredients to flourish in today’s FM market,” said Michael. “Combining the soft services offering with a growing mechanical and electrical services division means we can now offer customers single services, bundled services or a total FM solution.”

Michael takes up a role on the Reliance FM board, alongside Managing Director, Jane Skelton, who took up her role in December 2007. He will lead Reliance FM’s business development, marketing and solutioning teams.

Other recent appointments to the team include Bid Director, Joanne Atkinson and Marketing Manager, Nigel Fitzhenry.
