Reliance Mechanical and Electrical Services is the specialist Mechanical & Electrical arm of Reliance Facilities Management. Reliance M&E Services works in partnership with new and existing customers that require maintenance and repair of a wide range of building services equipment. Services
We provide our customers with a choice of service level options to suit their individual business requirements:
- Permanent on-site expertise Engineering resources dedicated to our customers' business on a permanent basis, providing services throughout the period.
- Shared service maintenance Engineers dedicated to a group of customers whose individual maintenance requirements are insufficient for a fully dedicated person.
- 24 Hour response, maintenance and repair We provide an emergency response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to all call-outs through our helpdesk within specified time limits.
- Minor mechanical & electrical small works We will undertake small installation works for our customers
- Minor refurbishment We will undertake routine replacement and upgrade projects for our customers.
- Mechanical & electrical Projects We will undertake installation projects for our customers.
