Stevenage Borough Council
The Stevenage Borough Council contract is a statutory compliance contract. Reliance M&E Services carries out testing on legislatively critical areas and provides reactive response to 36 buildings within a nine square mile area.

Two mobile technicians are responsible for this contract, one an electrical expert and the other a mechanical expert. The critical elements within the contract include the testing and inspection of asbestos, fire, water, gas, electrical and building fabric.

3M
Three resident engineers undertake PPM, HVAC, water treatment, lifts, BMS, and safety systems work. They issue permits to work and develop risk assessments and method statements. They also escort subcontractors and liaise with the site facility manager and the customer.

The 3M Team and Reliance have produced a measurement framework for facilities services that enables both parties to profit from savings made from improved service delivery and management. So far the shared successes have resulted in a 10% saving and management time has significantly reduced allowing 3M to focus on core activities. The Reliance Facilities Management Limited’s team and Reliance Mechanical and Electrical Services are an integral part of the 3M Facilities team.

The Automobile Association
Facilities management, catering, vending, waste management, grounds maintenance, interior plants, pest control, archiving, window cleaning, security, repairs and maintenance and mechanical and electrical support are all delivered to the AA.

The core contract is for 13 buildings, however the Reliance Facilities Management help desk co-ordinates and manages all the maintenance activity for the 105 AA shops.

Ryder plc
Project management and labour for reactive works and projects.

The contract includes reactive mechanical and electrical works on a labour only basis. Additional project work is undertaken as requested. Reliance Facilities Management has undertaken in excess of £500,000 worth of project fit out works.
