British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) awards top prize to Reliance Security

Reliance Security Services’ landscaping business is delighted to have received a National Landscape Award from the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI).  Reliance is a winner in the Grounds Maintenance of Business & Private Grounds category for its work at Oxford Business Park which was developed and is managed by Arlington Securities, one of Europe’s leading investment management and property services businesses.

Oxford Business Park has over seven acres of landscaping, including two water features.  The landscaping is designed to be a feature of the Park - a characteristic of all of Arlington Securities’ business parks.  The Reliance team works with landscape design consultants MacGregor Smith and Arlington to maintain the natural environment of the Park.

Charles Shaw, head of property services for Arlington Securities says: “We are delighted that the work undertaken by Reliance Security Services at Oxford Business Park has been honoured by BALI.  The Park’s landscaping is a really important feature which is valued by everyone working here and we are keen that we take an innovative approach towards its maintenance; working in an environmentally conscious way.  This award recognises the hard work of everybody involved.”

Michael Carré, managing director of Reliance Security Services, adds: “This award is fantastic news for the Landscape team at the Park and we are extremely proud to have been successful on the first time of trying for an award.  We now look forward to the outcome of the National Awards which take place on November 3rd.”
