As a Graduate/Trainee Technical Support Engineer the successful candidate will work within the Technical Support and Engineering department based from our Chessington office. You will enjoy the support of our training scheme to familiarise yourself with the security technology involved within our industry while also gaining immediate exposure to real-life challenges. Your role will be customer facing, with responsibility for all technical aspects including installation, problem resolution, customer product training, commissioning and system testing.
Person requirements: The successful candidate will have a degree or HND in Computer Science or related discipline. Full UK driving licence required.
You should be a self-motivate individual with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues onsite at customer premises. You should have effective time management skills with the ability to work on your own initiative
