Remote management and monitoring is an invaluable aspect of the Reliance High-Tech total service offering. Our dedicated Remote Monitoring Centre is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art control centre. It was developed in collaboration with security partners from across the Reliance Group to enable a rapid response as part of a complete, end-to-end security management service.

With remote management of your CCTV, access control and alarm detection systems, you can rest assured that your assets are being monitored vigilantly at all times. This gives you much more flexibility to manage your on-site resources. For example, remote access to unmanned premises can eliminate the need for in-house staff. All alarm activations can be quickly validated and an appropriate response implemented, for example, via the Reliance Patrol Net mobile response service.

The centre is staffed by surveillance specialists who have been intensively trained to interpret events and take appropriate action. In the event of an incident they are well-equipped to manage liaisons with the police, keyholders and the emergency services to ensure the security of your property, 24 hours a day.
