Our culture of Continuous Improvement is exemplified in the 'Red Book' scheme - a unique communication tool to encourage new ideas and the spread of best practice.
At every customer site, a ‘Red Book’ provides all Reliance personnel with the opportunity to suggest improvements to security at their location or the environment in which they work. These are reviewed by our contract managers and customers, with ideas implemented wherever possible.
Red Books are also submitted monthly and quarterly to the Reliance Board of Directors, with local and national awards given to the individuals and teams that put forward the most effective ideas.
