Security Officers required for various sites in the south Cornwall area.Previous security experience and a SIA licence are preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Must have 5 year checkable work or Education history.

The ideal applicant will be:

Experienced in Security.

• Flexible.
• Able to work as part of a team and undertake any other duties requested.
• Display an outstanding level of customer service.
• Provide a safe working environment for shoppers and staff.
• Patrol shop floor and work CCTV. Prevent and deter shoplifters.
• Well presented with a professional image to customers at all times by being courteous, punctual and well presented with excellent communications and writing skills.
• Display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Reliance and the customer.

Applicant must have:

• A full checkable 5 year work history in line with BS 7858:2006 requirements.
• A valid Passport. A valid Visa (if applicable, accompanied with a Home Office letter).
• Official proof of NI.
• Official proof of address from the last 3 months (Utility bill / bank statement).
• You will be subject to a consumer credit check.
• You may also be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau Check (CRB) / Police National Computer Check (PNC).
