The primary purpose of this role is:
To achieve the Centre’s sales growth targets for manned guarding and associated services through the effective application of the Company sales processes in a manner to assist the Centre in exceeding it’s annually agreed targets and budgets for:
- Development of customer prospects database
- Growth & profitability
- Customer development
- Continuous Improvement (CI) & quality
Responsible for establishing progressive relationships with prospective customers and winning new business through the systematic operation of the sales process and prospect database.
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills, a sound appreciation of operations and the ability to promote practical solutions to meet customer needs are essential qualities, and to meet the spirit and level of performance expressed in the annual Reliance Mission and Objectives Statement.
