Area Support Officer - Southampton
The company: One of the largest security providers in the UK require Area Support Officers to work in and around the Southampton area.
The position: Area Support Officers will be responsible for covering sickness and holiday for corporate sites.
Duties & Responsibilities: Duties will vary however will include access & egress, possible reception duties, vehicle inspections, gatehouse duties, health and safety and general security duties.
Skills and experience required: Applicants must be reliable and flexible. The ideal applicant will hold a SIA licence in either Door Supervision or Security Guarding and have previous security experience. This is not essential as full SIA training will be provided.
Additional Information: You must have your own transport to get to and from site. You would be working an irregular shift pattern of days, nights and weekends. The pay rate will be site related and will range from £6.40 - £8.33 per hour.
