Reliance judged to be one of Britain’s Top 100 Employers 2008

Reliance Security Group has been recognised as one of Britain’s Top 100 Employers 2008 by The Guardian newspaper in conjunction with The Corporate Research Foundation. This is the second year running that the company has been successful and Reliance was the only security company to be included in the listing. This year Reliance jumped 54 places up the league table, joining the top 50 in position 41.

The award was presented to Reliance at a special event on March 20th at the British Library in London.

Britain’s Top Employers objectively identifies companies that, through dedication and innovation, have created a culture that embodies an outstanding working environment in which employees are appreciated and productive. The award also recognises companies that have effective solutions for the management of their people.

All the successful companies were evaluated by The Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) against a number of criteria including: pay and benefits; promotion and development; training; company culture and style; innovation; diversity; social responsibility; compliance and environment.
