For the second year running, Reliance Security Services has been announced Winner of the RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Commercial and Business Services Sector Occupational Health & Safety Award.
The RoSPA Awards are an annual event recognising the most outstanding performances in Health and Safety by companies or organisations. Entrants must be able to demonstrate a robust and high quality safety management system together with a minimum of four years' consistently excellent or continuously improving health and safety performance.
The award was announced at a special ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, National Exhibition Centre, on Thursday 15th May.
Peter Jones, Chief Operating Officer for Reliance Security Services said: “The health and safety of our employees is of the highest priority throughout all areas of our business. With over 10,000 people working at customer locations across the UK, often on a 24 hour basis, this is an important focus and one which we do not take lightly. Good health and safety is a mark of good business and we are delighted to be recognised for our commitment to these high standards.”
