Reliance provides a dedicated service with trained people, all CRB checked, with the specialist needs of passengers in mind. An area-wide service can often prove more efficient and effective than the hire of individual taxis or the letting of individual routes; providing a single point of contact and managing all transport issues.
YOTS – youth transport
Reliance provides the safe and secure transportation of the youth offenders, as part of its national contract for the YJB, and Scottish Authorities transporting around 4,000 people per annum.
Each specially adapted discrete vehicle is also equipped with food, drinks and on board entertainment for the travellers consisting of magazines and electronic games for long journeys.
This same level of service is available for individual hire on a day rate basis to Local Authorities, YOTS, Children’s Homes and Secure Training Centres. Reliance offers the same level of service as that which is provided to the YJB, of enhanced CRB checked people to escort the juveniles in specially customised vehicles.
