Working in partnership with Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust Reliance has already been able to demonstrate its experience and scale to great advantage, delivering services at lower costs, in a professional manner which has eased the transport of patients for the trust.

Our People
Reliance ensures that all staff are carefully selected, CRB checked and appropriately trained. All of our people receive specialist training, enabling them to understand and respect a patient's individual needs. Their training includes;

Vehicles
For patient transport Our vehicles are discretely marked allowing for patient privacy, and are an illustration of our dedication to working with Trusts to ensure that patients are treated as part of and not separate from the local community.
A number of specially adapted vehicles allow for the transportation of disabled, wheelchair or stretcher bound patients.
Utilising specifically designed routing technology and GPS mapping software Reliance Care Services are able to ensure that patients are only on the vehicle for as short a time as possible, further helping to reduce patient anxiety.
