Reliance aims to work in partnership with the awarding authority to provide first class buildings that meet the requirements of all those using them. We aim to achieve ISO 14001 & ISO 9000 for each contract within a year of operation.
Having project managed the construction of a building, Reliance will then ensure it remains operational to a high standard.

Reliance is one of the most successful organisations involved in PFIs for police authorities across the UK, with a total of nine buildings in operation.
