The Youth Justice Board (YJB) for England and Wales oversees the youth justice system in England and Wales. It works to prevent offending and reoffending by children and young people under the age of 18, and to ensure that custody for them is safe, secure, and addresses the causes of their offending behaviour.

Reliance provides the safe and secure transportation of the youth offenders, for the YJB, transporting around 3,500 people per annum. All escorts are fully CRB checked.

Each special adapted discrete vehicle is also equipped with food, drinks and on board entertainment for the travellers consisting of magazines and electronic games for long journeys.
 
This service is available for individual hire on a day rate basis to Local Authorities, Children’s Homes and Secure Training Centres. Reliance offers the same level of service as provided to the YJB of enhanced CRB checked people to escort the juveniles in specially customised vehicles. Sensitive to the needs of juveniles.
