Shopping Centres

As members of the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) we work closely with our customers to achieve industry benchmarks such as the Safer Car Parking Award. Reliance has also become the first security company in the UK to be accredited as an Approved Centre to deliver the BCSC Training Guide for Customer Relations/Security in shopping centres.

SecureClean
Following the results of the survey, Reliance has developed SecureClean. SecureClean is a managed approach to integrated cleaning and security that enables retail landlords to reduce service costs and efficiently manage large scale assets. 

SecureClean combines the delivery of security and cleaning to shopping centres, providing a dedicated service manager across both service streams. This presents shopping centre managers with one single point of contact for all security and cleaning operations, reducing service costs and driving quality through integrated management. In addition to a dedicated service manager, SecureClean provides security and customer service training for all team members, which enables both security and cleaning personnel to act as a single team, promoting public safety and customer satisfaction.
